Amazing mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and privacy here at 3Bears Overlook. Just a short drive to two State parks, and America's newest, the New River Gorge National Park where white water rafting as well as the famous New River Gorge Bridge are. Downtown Hinton is a few minutes away for good food, entertainment, kayaking, fishing, and access to both the New River and the Greenbrier River. Come and enjoy the best of Appalachia.

The space
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beautifully redone home overlooks 3Bears Farm with tremendous mountain views. The Overlook is completely private and nestled almost at the top of Elk Knob Mountain. The deck takes advantage of the Western sunsets as well as providing a magnificent venue to watch wildlife.

Guest access
From the paved road, a gravel driveway leads you to the house with a cement parking pad. Guests enjoy the main floor of the house. The basement is used as storage at this time and is not intended for guests. The door is programmed with the last 4 digits of the phone number on your reservation. Simply enter that number and press the lock/unlock button, and you are home.

Other things to note
This home is designed to unplug and relax. There is no internet, however; there is 5 bar reception from a cell tower just above the property. A wide selection of DVDs are available to watch on the TV. There is no regular TV, or Roku; only a Bose for CDs and radio, and a Bluetooth speaker to listen to your tunes, if you wish.
