The space is secluded feeling and ultra tropical, with coconut palms galore. Villa Paraiso mini resort sets the gold standard for large group accommodations. Guests will have the feeling of being nestled into a natural wilderness area where privacy and peace reign, all while still being only a few minutes from central Miami.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire fully gated and fenced property, including all resort-style amenities and expansive common areas. The property features secure gated parking for approximately 6 cars. Additionally, 2 cars may park on the grass in front of the property (please ensure no part of the vehicle extends into the street to avoid parking citations). Check-in is simple with our secure keypad system.

PETS may be considered with PRIOR OWNER APPROVAL only. If approved, a PET FEE OFF $250 per stay applies for 1 small pet, and must be added to your reservation request before booking. Only 1 small pet is permitted per stay.
