A spacious 2-story loft style corner unit in the desired South of Fifth (SoFi) district. High end furnishings and amenities. Quiet building and neighborhood, palm tree lined streets, juice bars, coffee shops, Equinox gym, and only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The unit is best suited for guests looking for a quiet getaway or relaxing vacation. I do not rent to guests younger than 30 years of age.

The space
Spectacular, bright, vaulted ceiling, corner unit with high end furnishings and linens. The loft style condo has two bedrooms with lots of natural light - thanks to the floor-to-ceiling southwest facing exposure. There are two full bathrooms, perfect for traveling couples. Bathrooms are stocked with Kiehl's shower amenities and Aesop hand soap. Guests will have access to full washer/dryer, iron, and hair dryer. Fully stocked kitchen and dishwasher are available for use. Nespresso coffee machine and capsules.

Hurricane proof windows create a noise cancelling quiet environment inside the unit, allowing guests to relax amongst the electric energy of Miami Beach. There are balconies on both levels giving private outdoor access to graze over palm trees and views of downtown Miami.

If you plan to visit the beach; extra beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, ice/food cooler, and children beach toys are provided and free for you to enjoy.

There is a flat screen TV on an adjustable mount, located next to the kitchen table and living room area, with over 99+ channels to choose from.

High speed wireless internet throughout the condo.

South of Fifth (SoFi) is considered the high-end neighborhood of South Beach. Little-to-no road traffic, quiet streets, pedestrian friendly, and only a few minute walk from the beach. You can smell the ocean breeze as you enter and leave the building.

Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, and other services all within a 5-minute walk of the condo.
