The cottage has a view of our vineyard and windmill from the cottage porch and is next to our estate winery. You can also watch the turtles and fish sitting on the deck of the pond. You are welcome to utilize our 4,000 square foot Veranda watching a sports game, or if you are competitive you can play our darts, cornhole or mashball games. The cottage has it's own grill if you choose to cook out.

The space

The vineyard view cottage has a full kitchen with coffee maker, living room, sleeps 2 with a queen size bed, has a porch with a gas grill, and full size washer and dryer. The cottage porch faces our vineyard with the windmill in the background and pond in the distance.
Our 10 acres is also our home on the front half of the property. We do not have our place kid proofed and therefore we are asking to not bring children on the premises as guests.
We offer a complimentary wine tasting if time allows.

Guest access

The property is gated. Guests may use the gym to work out, have access to the dock at the pond, and with appointment, guests may have a tasting of our wines. We will also be glad to give tours of our winery. We are very proud to produce 100% Oklahoma Wines. All our wines come from our small vineyards, and end with the premier label of Estate Grown, Produced and Bottled by Nellis Vineyards. As always, we try to make time for the sunsets , hope you'll join us.

Interaction with guests

Once we show our guests the amenities, we will leave you alone. We are available by phone or text to answer any questions guests may have. You'll find listing of delivery available, restaurants nearby and want you to feel at home. If you like and want to chat, I'm usually around working on something outside, feel free to join me as well.

Other things to note

We share our property with dogs, 1 cat, & 2 horses as well as an abundance of birds (quail, road runners, blue birds, cardinals, etc ) and other wildlife.

Our stay at the cottage at the winery was excellent. Our host, Linda, was very accommodating and down to earth. The wine tasting was personalized and fun. The wine itself was very good. The cottage had all the comforts of home and was decorated nicely. The grounds were beautiful, and hosted amazing sunsets and sunrises. It was a great way to spend our honeymoon. Linda was an A++ host.

Place of stay is located on a vineyard and gated for further privacy. We stayed at the loft with 2 total but can accommodate up to 5-6 it looks like. Off the deck on the lower portion had a hottub which is nice to finish the night off. Linda offered wine tastings which was a great time drinking and getting to know the owner. Oklahoma city is not a bad drive either (approx. 25 min to city center). Overall a great experience and price. Looking to book in the future as well.

Linda’s place is beautiful. Very quiet and secluded. Walk through the vineyard and to the pond and enjoy the nature. The home is very nice with a large porch and is very homey. Hosts introduced themselves but did not bother us and invited us to a family party they were having. Very nice and will quickly respond to requests. If you are looking for peace and quiet, book now.

A nice quiet get away cabin. Linda was an amazing host and very welcoming. The cabin was clean and beautiful. We felt so at peace and enjoyed our time so much that we are planning to come back. One of the best locations and settings for a nice getaway.

I love to keep the place mowed and weedeated so, when you add caring for the vineyard, I'm outside most days. I like to share the vineyard experience with guests and the winery if time allows. I went to school at Southern Nazarene University and graduated with a bachelor of scien…
