This wonderful, designer decorated bungalow has hardwood floors oriental carpets, fireplace, down couches, fine linens and everything you could possibly need..or want! The main floor has two bedrooms ,(1 full bed, 1 queen) with a bathroom between for privacy .the second floor is a large view suite w/ full bath.You have 2 sitting rooms, a large well equipted kitchen, with a nook overlooking the garden.Add the cottage for a 4th private bedroom and .5 bath .The private gardens have,a water feature, 2 "rooms", an outdoor shower and hot tub.Enjoy the bikes, we are 6 blk.s n. of gasworks park and the burke gilman trail, walkability score ,94! Walk to downtown wallingford w/ its 20+ restaurants, movies, shops just 5 blocks away. Or you can walk .8 of a mile to Fremont, 2 miles to the university district, ethnic restaurants, book stores and thrifting galore.We have buses on the corner, and easy free parking.
. I do need to let you know,due to neighbor complaints, we can no longer allow gatherings above 10 at the house. It is a lovely,quiet neighborhood .

Interaction with Guests
As I am sharing my home, it has everything you could want, and I share! I often head off to my yurt ion the kitsap peninsula,but sometimes am in town in the cottage. There is my personally created foodies guide to restaurants and other fav haunts. In addition,there are guide books,walking tour and bike trail guide.. I created a walking map of Wallingford .
Other Things to Note
If I can help as a local resource, let me know. Check in is at 3, but can be tight depending on how guests leave the house. If you 'd like a snack, or a view.. I recommend Archie Mcfee's for joke gifts for all occasions! ... and Tutti Bella is fab pizza both blocks away 44 n stone, 45th and stone. There is always Gasworks park , w/ lake Union overlooking the city, seaplanes and all. 2 blocks away is the essential bakery for lunch ( or a picnic?),34 and woodlawn av n..
no smoking.recycle, do unto others.. treat things gently as if they were your own, comfortably and carefully.
Energy conservative habits expected please. Rinse and crush recycling and check the list of what is recycled, in seattle it is long.
Quiet before 9am, and after 10 pm, it's good for us all!.
Dogs are welcome with $75 non refundable rug cleaning fee.( sorry but all blankets and rugs must be washed as some are allergic.)
Please no smoking or loud parties, be conscious of others .
HOT TUB: unfortunately,hot tubs are delicate flowers and break far too frequently.( almost ready to give up) please do not book for the hot tub, just in case.
Hours 9am-9 pm. please rinse off in the shower first.Please keep your visit to 20 minutes in consideration of others who may use.The hot tub will accommodates 375 lbs. Only 2 folks in the hot tub at a time, sorry no outside guests Please make tubbing a "zen" aka quiet ,experience and end outside gatherings after 9..as the neighbors children sleep 12 ft. away.. limit hot tub use to 20 minutes,..AFTER showering.We provide flip flops for your use to preserve the sheepskin slippers.

Energy conservative habits expected. ... Seattle is serious about Recycling, and fines for recycling found in garbage. We are strict about recycling, PLEASE rinse, remove lids and place in appropriate receptacles .( You will be fined if I am fined after your stay! )recyclables found in garbage. The guidelines are clearly posted, and our indoor and outdoor recepticles make it easy to do.
in winter,sweaters before uping heat, turn off electric heaters when leaving
Any non guest visitors are limited to 6.. Please be considerate of downstairs, or cottage guests as well as neighbors.
