Brooklyn è interessante e piacevole. Si può passeggiare per Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights Dumbo e raggiungere gli altri quartieri, inclusa Manhattan, con la metro a pochi passi da casa.
We stayed here for a week in April with our six-month-old son. Judy was great. She was really helpful and the arrival and departure went really smoothly. The apartment is in a great part of Brooklyn and is a spacious one-bedroom place with a nice living room and kitchen/diner. It's just round the corner from the subway and it's just a few stops into Manhattan. There are also really good restaurants and great grocery stores within a few minutes of the apartment. We were easily able to drive right up to the apartment to drop off our luggage and Judy had left a really good guide about the local area with everything we needed to know. She was sweet enough to leave us fresh milk and baby juice in the fridge and the kitchen is a really good size with great oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also good room in the bathroom for the washer/dryer. Would really recommend to anyone looking for a place in Brooklyn.
This is my second stay at 82 Bond St. My daughters and I love this apartment. It's clean, it's roomy, and we are able to cook, which we all enjoy. The neighborhood is safe, there are corner groceries available with fresh produce and if you are patient and can figure out the street cleaning schedule, you can find parking easily enough. Judy is always available either by phone, text or email and very accommodating. We plan to return next year, and hopefully will be able to stay here again. Judy's place suits all our needs. I would highly recommend her apartment if you plan a stay in Brooklyn or the big city.
Judy's place was a really wonderful place for our NYC and Brooklyn excurion. Most notable is the very large living and dining space with large windows on both ends that make it a very bright and desirable place for retreat throughout the day. We are a family of four and found it very spacious, clean and with good amenities. We rented the second bedroom for our kids which worked out well.
Judy is a very nice and responsive host. We used Judy's place for the first half our NYC vacation and stayed in the East Village for the remainder. We found this location the most comfortable with good access to subways, and fine local restaurants and shopping.
Judy is wonderful! Accommodating and helpful. My mother came to stay and Judy's place was the perfect spot for her. Comfortable, clean, and cozy...it was just what we were looking for! We would enthusiastically recommend her listing to anyone looking in this area.
About the Host, Judy
My husband (a West coast transplant) and I (East coast native) bought and renovated this 19th century row house in Brooklyn several years ago. Since then we have been enjoying the unique vibe here.
We are both passionate about design (I am also an architect), so we really enjoyed setting up the vacation rental and hope our guests enjoy it too!
