This is my second stay at 82 Bond St. My daughters and I love this apartment. It's clean, it's roomy, and we are able to cook, which we all enjoy. The neighborhood is safe, there are corner groceries available with fresh produce and if you are patient and can figure out the street cleaning schedule, you can find parking easily enough. Judy is always available either by phone, text or email and very accommodating. We plan to return next year, and hopefully will be able to stay here again. Judy's place suits all our needs. I would highly recommend her apartment if you plan a stay in Brooklyn or the big city.
Judy's place was a really wonderful place for our NYC and Brooklyn excurion. Most notable is the very large living and dining space with large windows on both ends that make it a very bright and desirable place for retreat throughout the day. We are a family of four and found it very spacious, clean and with good amenities. We rented the second bedroom for our kids which worked out well.
Judy is a very nice and responsive host. We used Judy's place for the first half our NYC vacation and stayed in the East Village for the remainder. We found this location the most comfortable with good access to subways, and fine local restaurants and shopping.
Judy is wonderful! Accommodating and helpful. My mother came to stay and Judy's place was the perfect spot for her. Comfortable, clean, and cozy...it was just what we were looking for! We would enthusiastically recommend her listing to anyone looking in this area.
I booked the apartment for my folks who were visiting from India. Not only was the apartment gorgeous and in a great location, but Judy was also very accommodating with check-in/check-out times. She also had tea, sugar etc. available, and my folks very incredibly happy with the place.
The apartment was fantastic. Great location near restaurants, shops, great market and the subway. Subway a 5 minute walk and 19 minute ride to Lower ManhattanWas quiet for a city location and Judy provided ear plugs for the uninitiated (I travel with a sleep sound file on my iPhone so am not bothered by noise - but noticed the quiet when I took them off).
Judy was a great host. The place was clean and looked like the pictures but was larger and even nicer than I expected. Would HIGHLY recommend to others
A lovely spacious bright flat in a fantastic location. Everything we needed for a week's stay in New York.
Lots to do locally but also excellent and easy transport links to Manhattan and beyond.
Judy was very helpful and friendly with excellent communication throughout.
We loved the flat and had a great stay!
Great neighbourhood, close to plenty of restaurants, cafes, food and a subway station. Apartment was perfect for the three of us.
My husband (a West coast transplant) and I (East coast native) bought and renovated this 19th century row house in Brooklyn several years ago. Since then we have been enjoying the unique vibe here.
We are both passionate about design (I am also an architect), so we really enjoyed setting up the vacation rental and hope our guests enjoy it too!
