Beautiful custom built multi level cabin in the trees overlooking crystal clear scenic Waterway Flint Creek. While you’re sitting on the deck or on the swinging bed watching the Eagles fly or the river otters scamper about. A family of deer may slowly meander right underneath you clueless that you are 25 feet overhead! It’s a Treehouse. The Lower level has a hot tub and an area to just relax and visit while playing games with your family or loved one.
The space
This open floorplan enables this cabin to be used for a romantic getaway or to bringing your crew out for a memorable time.
Lower level has a HotTub, access to a bathroom, and an area to relax and hang out.
Please note: we do allow animals in this cabin. Since we have trundle beds under the floating bed, please do NOT use them as dog beds. This requires multiple cleanings.
The outdoor oversized spiral staircase will lead you to the Upper area that has a stunning deck and a view to kill for.
Upstairs has an open floorplan with a king sized”floating bed”, lots of windows, a full kitchen, and bathroom.
Additional beds? We have a loft with 2 full sized beds perfect for the kids to crawl up in.
We also have 2 trundles that are under the floating bed for those who need additional beds.
Pull out couch is a final place for someone to kick back and relax.
Built for a small family, up to 6 can sleep in it depending on the size of the humans.
An outdoor dumbwaiter will help get your luggage to the top with ease. Please note due to safety concerns with the dumbwaiter, we do lock it up. If you feel your going to need it, please reach out to us, and we will send you a waiver text that we need you to read and agree to, so were very clear on how it works.
Cleaning and Exiting:
$100 in Extra fees: We try to be as affordable as we can. Our cleaners will assess a $100 additional cleaning fee if these things are not met.
1. We do have cleaners that come for "Light" cleaning. Normal use is fine, and there is a Dishwasher. Large kitchen messes that are created and left for the cleaners will result in an upcharge from them.
2. Late checkout: They are on a tight schedule, so if you need to make arrangements, please let us know, but if they come out and have to wait an hour or more for our guests to leave so they can clean up, then they will leave, and bill us, and then come back. So please be on time, or communicate with us so we can do what we can to adjust their schedules ahead of time.
Guest access
You can use the entire cabin, and firepit. The creek overlook is an area that any of our renters can use and access the creek. We have NEVER had an issue with people walking into the treehouse area, so that should not be an issue.
Other things to note
The Grill: It is a propane grill.
Inner tubes: We will provide 2 river quality tubes for use. (During the summer) Please use them with care.
Animal policy: we are currently testing our animal policy. We have two beds that are trundle beds. please do not allow your dogs to sleep on those as dog beds.
Pets: We LOVE pets, but many shed and make messes, so we charge a $25 fee per pet per stay. (Much cheaper than boarding them) BUT- you have to book them. Failure to book them is a $75 fee for cleaning. (Please book them)
Fireplace heater: yes we have a remote that should be around, but for some reason guests like to take it with them. If this does occur and you cannot find it, the fireplace is a touch screen, so you can easily bypass the remote and turn it on old fashioned style.
Firewood: In an effort to keep costs low, we have calculated average use of firewood, and we set it as part of the price. Each Cabin will be allotted 2 bundles of firewood for their use. Those staying 4 days or longer will get an extra bundle.
If you feel like you need more firewood, we have a couple of options. There is plenty of wood around from fallen limbs, etc. around if you feel like foraging. OR we have a rack that is right next to the watershed mid property with bundles on it. On the rack you can pick up extra bundles for $10 each.
The property
Everyone that is staying in A Million Dreams Cabins will have access to the property .
We have to respect people’s privacy. You are welcome to walk around the property and take a look at things. We have 50 acres.
If you do walk up on someone else’s cabin, we ask that you just be respectful .
Access to the creek :
There are three main access points to the creek . Meaning there’s three areas that we have cleared away so you can get in and out of the creek really easily, of course you’re welcome to trench through the trees and the tall grass if you choose.
One is near the waterfall. This one is in between two cabins, so when you are walking towards the waterfall, just stay close to the stream that leads up to the creek so that you don’t end up in somebody’s backyard.
The overlook : there is some rocks that are stairsteps down by the overlook. That is the deck that overhangs over the creek, you can get down to the creek on either side of the overlook if you choose. The water is gonna be a little bit deeper there so depending on what you’re trying to accomplish just be careful.
Down the trail … if you were standing facing the creek near the overhang if you go to your left, there’s a trail back there. The difficulty with the trail is out when we get lots of rain it gets muddy. But for the rest of the year it is fine. If you walk back along that trail, there will be an access point at the creek and it is a shallower access point.
Storms and turbulent weather: We do have a storm shelter: When you pull into the property, and the road curves to the left, follow it all the way down, past the large cabin on the left with the bright tree, since your in the tree house, its right on your right as soon as you start driving out. a big green building. The entrance will say tornado shelter, and the code is 7777. There are benches and lanterns in there. You do not have to ask, just go be safe.
Laundry Clarification: yes there is laundry nearby. We have utility building that has a washer and dryer in it and if you have an emergency, let us know. We can figure out how to help you out.
TV- The cabin is equipped with a Roku TV. You can sign in as a guest, and then stream with your favorite streaming service.
Hot Tub usage and Fee!
Welcome, wonderful wanderers of family chaos and creek adventures 🌿
We’re genuinely glad you’re here. Different families bring different levels of energy… from peaceful soakers to full-blown splash tornadoes. So here’s the deal, wrapped in a little fun but carrying real weight:
The hot tub is a soaking sanctuary, not a backyard water park. Think quiet relaxation, not cannonballs and whirlpool Olympics. We’ve seen what happens when it turns into a kid-powered splash zone… and let’s just say the hot tub does not recover gracefully.
If your crew has been exploring the creek, rolling in the great outdoors, or generally living their best muddy life, they must rinse off first. Shower, hose, rain dance, we’re not picky. What we are picky about is keeping all that grit, sand, and nature soup out of the hot tub.
Now, the chemistry part. Yes, it matters. Every time you finish using the hot tub, please follow the chemical instructions. After that, the tub needs one full hour to reset itself. Skip this step, and the water will go from “luxury spa” to “swamp creature habitat” faster than you’d think. And nobody wants to soak in something that looks like it might blink first.
Keep an eye on the water level too. If it gets low, head downstairs, find the hose, and give it a little refill. If the water drops too far, the heater shuts off… and suddenly your relaxing soak turns into an unexpectedly chilly life lesson.
In short:
Treat the hot tub like a spa, not a playground.
Rinse before you enter.
Follow the chemical steps every time.
Respect the one-hour waiting period.
Keep the water level happy.
Do that, and the hot tub will stay a dreamy, bubbling retreat for you and everyone after you.
Ignore it… and it turns into a green, grumpy puddle that nobody enjoys.
** Excessive hot tub, cleanup fee- we swap out the water every time we know that the hot tub got used. - but when someone uses it as a bathtub and we have to spend a lot of time, scrubbing it out then our cleaners charge us fee specifically for the hot tub. This additional cleanup fee for the hot tub is $75. (We generally do not have this problem with normal usage. It’s normally when people are running into the creek and then going into the hot tub and not rinsing off.)
