Don't pass up this peaceful, unique property with TWO separate cabins on a lake, deep in the quiet pines. Cabins are divided by an amazing deck for shaded lounging, each with their own sprawling screened-in porch for coffee sippin' and late night laughs.
Close to Round Top, MS150, Fairgrounds, Murphy's Steakhouse and Buescher State Park. Managed by a Superhost with years of experience, you can't go wrong with Leaning Pines.

The space
Leaning Pines is a property with two separate cabins, divided by our impressive wooden stair and deck system. The main cabin is on your left, the second cabin is on your right. Parking is along the semi-private road.

The main cabin has two bedrooms with their own connected bathroom and dual sinks.
Bedroom 1 has one queen bed and a beautiful view of the pines and lake behind the property. This bedroom also has private access to the screened-in front porch.
Bedroom 2 has one queen bed and one twin bed in the same room.
The living area, kitchen and dining area are all open and connected. We offer all the cooking tools and utensils you'll need for meals along with a matching set of dinnerware for 10 and extra plates and glasses when needed.
Our coffee station includes a single-serve Keurig style coffee maker as well as a 10-cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The living room has two large leather sofas and two bar chairs that pull up to the kitchen island.
Our dining table seats six comfortably
Up the spiral staircase is the "Kids' Loft" with three twin beds, a foosball table, private toilet and shared sink for washing hands and brushing teeth.

The small cabin has one full size bed and one full bathroom with a tub. There is a kitchenette with coffee station and microwave. The living room has comfy woodland themed decor and an amazing view of the backyard.
The screened-in porch of this cabin is nothing to shake a stick at. It's double the size of the main cabin and has an entry to the bedroom through a sliding glass door.

Both cabins are adjoined by a combination of steps, decks and landings. The outdoor dining area is spacious with seating for six. There are conversation chairs along the path of the stairs that lead you all the way down to one of the largest man-made lakes in the neighborhood.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire property while you are on vacation.

Parking seems tight at first. But when you realize this is a semi-private circle drive that no one really travels, you'll soon forget your worries. There is a parking area about 100 yards away from the house for SUVs or trucks that can handle the terrain. This area can park two vehicles as a last resort.

Other things to note
You're in the woods at Leaning Pines. You'll see insects, an amazing assortment of birlds and other wildlife like deer and racoons. Apparently word has spread that this place is pretty magical. So the vultures like to hang out sometimes on the stair railing outside in search of food. Please DO NOT encourage their presence by leaving food unattended or feeding them intentionally. They're messy when they are around. At times they squabble with one another. But, that's nature.
