The bustling market atmosphere of bygone days comes alive amidst the rows of charming shophouses, pushcarts, and five-foot-way merchants.
Today, it is a delightful mix of modern and traditional. A reminder of its rich heritage is reflected in the vibrantly neighbourhood reflecting the heritage and charm of the past.

Very convenient place to CBD. It took me 10minute walk to Raffles Tower. Also within 5 minute walking distance, there's Clark Quay, and many restaurants etc. When I stayed there, I ran along Singapore river to Marina Bay and come back. Also, the room has a fantastic view of Singapore river, Sands hotel and many landmarks of Singapore downtown.
Sandrine is a lovely person and very prompt in responding to queries. The apartment has probably the best view one can have in Singapore apart from the wonderful location for visitors to experience Singapore. I would definitely stay there again
Sandrine (email hidden)ry friendly and pleasant to talk to. She started out as a roommate and left as a friend. I really enjoyed living here and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. The apartment is beautiful with unmatched views of downtown, the river and Marina Bay Sands.
The reservation was canceled 46 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
I spent 3 nights in Sandrine's flat while on business in Singapore. Sandrine had to travel on the second evening of my arrival, so I did not get to spend a lot of time with her. But Sandrine was very friendly and welcoming . Her flat is a little bit outdated but clean and very well located (right by Clarke Quay). So close that I could actually hear a band playing one evening. I shared the bathroom with another guy which I did not get too meet. I was able to use the swimming pool which I nearly had for myself and could have used the gym too. Sandrine mentioned that she will be upgrading to a newer flat in the same building. In any case I will return to Sandrine's flat if I have the opportunity and would recommend it as long as you are not looking for luxury.
Great place, perfect location, awesome view, nice big outdoor pool area and sandrine is lovely and kindly let me drop my bags in after a very early morning arrival and checkin as soon as other guests left.
Would definitely stay again!
This apartment has a fantastic location: 10 minutes walk to Fullerton/ Raffles place, nice walk on the Canal. It has also a fantastic view from all rooms, being at the corner of the building and much higher than any other building around.
The inside is not as luxurious as its location would suggest (i.e. quality of doors, windows, bathroom etc), but it is OK.
The owner is very friendly and discrete so my stay was very pleasant. He works all day, actually I hardly even saw/ heard him.
Hi Folks - I stayed here from 24th Apr - 22nd May 2013.
I have to say, I will come back and stay again on my next trip to Singapore. Sandrine (email hidden)e view from my room was enviable and the building is central and so there's never a dull moment. All one needs to do is step out and get into the Singapore way of things. I went on some fantastic night runs along the Singapore river!
Good for you to know is that the room and bath room were regularly cleaned.
Last, but certainly not the least, Sandrine is a wonderful person to know!
