The apartment was a great place for our trip to Galway. Short walk into the city, great facilities in the apartment itself. Ruth met us when we arrived and gave us advice on what to do while we were staying in Galway.
Ruth's apartment in Galway is just awesome. I visited with my 2 sisters in early March and couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The apartment is walking distance from key downtown areas (both the touristy and non-touristy hangouts) as well as a bunch of historical sites. Additionally, it's an easy walk to the esplanade along the water, which is both beautiful and a great place to get some exercise - there were plenty of runners, walkers, and dog owners out when we visited.
Ruth gave us a quick but thorough overview of the apartment as well as suggestions for where to grab dinner and hang out. Very helpful and efficient. And the apartment itself is amazing. Spacious, great kitchen (and a grocery store only 1 block away), sizable bathroom, and wood stove all made the place feel like home. A very comfortable spot.
Highly recommended! I would certainly hope to stay at Ruth's again if ever returning to Galway.
Hi Ruth,Thankyou we loved your apartment. It felt really homely and the kitchen was very well equipped which made cooking easy.
Ruth was the most wonderful host. She was totally available to us for instructions about the house, helpful suggestions about everything from how to use the heat, where to find things we wanted to see, great restaurants and advice on homeopathy issues (her own business deals with such things).
She was the best host we encountered on our trip!
Such a kind, friendly person. Any time we go back to Galway we will stay in Ruth's home if its available.
Ruth made us feel very welcome. The apartment was exactly as listed and is in a wonderful part of Galway. Ruth was very accommodating.
Ruth was a wonderful host. The apartment is amazing. It is stocked like a lived in house with everything you could possibly need. It's also ideally located just over five minutes walk from the city centre and not far from Salthill. I can't recommend the apartment highly enough.
Thanks again Ruth,
Ruth is the best in the business. The accommodations were as advertised and we enjoyed everything about our stay in Galway.
Thanks a million Ruth!
