The apartment is a seven minute walk from the 'Latin Quarter' where many of Galway's most popular bars and restaurants are located. The Druid Theatre is also close by.
This is a beautiful apartment in Galway City centre., Built 2007.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious with a very nice open layout.
Lots of light comes through during the day, and at night the gas fire and/or central heating gets the place cosy in no time.
The kitchen, complete with gas stove is fully kitted out and I thoroughly enjoyed cooking for myself all the nights I was there.
Location-wise, this place has the perfect balance of being close to the city centre (7 minutes on foot), while at the same time being far away enough to be peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle.
Ruth was an exceptional host. From the very beginning she was warm, friendly and welcoming, and even though I'd flown all the way from New Zealand, she made me feel right at home.
Can't recommend this place enough.
We were three people staying in Ruth's apartment, and we loved it! It was in such a good location, staggering distance from some great pubs and 10 min walk from city centre. Really appreciated the fire place in the apartment too, as our stay in Galway was wet and windy! All in all, a very comfortable and practical little apartment!
Great place in a great location. It was a Christmas visit for us and the warm gas fireplace made it very cosy. Short walk to waterfront and town.
Although close to the action in Galway, this light-filled apartment is a quiet place to recharge. The living room and kitchen is comfortable, and the place heats up quickly during those colder months. The bedrooms are basic, and the only bathroom is upstairs. Besides the two beds, which can sleep 4, there is also a futon and additional cot available in-unit. If you really felt like it, you could fit 7 people inside, but it'd be a slightly cramped experience.
Very nice place, close to everything you would want to see about galway. Fully functional kitchen which we used to cook a couple meals. Very clean and had a parking space which was helpful since we rented a car. Ruth was also quite nice and prompt. Overall great stay would recommend to anyone over a hotel!
Ruth's apartment is cozy and well equipped. It's an easy walk into town, and on the walk in, you can stop by Gourmet Tart Co. for delicious soup and sandwiches. The weather was rather cool when we visited, so the gas fire was quite welcome to return to. Very handy to have a place to put the car. Lots of nice light in the apartment, comfortable bedding and towels. A great experience, and Ruth is very helpful.
We enjoyed our stay in Galway at Ruth's apartment. The layout is spacious with great natural light. The location is very convenient. Close to restaurants, music and the waterfront. There were three adults in our group. I would recommend it.
We had a great stay here. It is a lovely apartment and very well equiped with all you need. Ruth lives nearby and was very helpful in advising us on Restaurants and Bars to visit. The location is perfect, 5 - 10 mins walk from the sea and 10 - 15 mins to City Centre, however, bars and restaurants on Sea Road are excellent and a short walk away. Would definitely recomend.
The perfect place for your stay in Galway! The location of the house is in walking distance of the center (Latin Quarter) & also of the beach. There's enough space for 3-4 people & the house is equipped with everything you need - even washing machine & dryer.
We spent some beautiful days in the West of Ireland - doing a lot of day trips from Galway!
We really enjoyed Ruth's apartment. The location is within walking distance to the Latin Quarter, and even closer to the West End which has some terrific pubs including of course the Crane which was in my opinion easily the best place in Galway for a pint and music. Also, the location is close enough to the promenade that my girlfriend was able to a take a nice morning jog along Galway Bay.
The apartment is two floors, 2 BR, spacious with lots of natural light. The parking space in the back was terrific, although if you are driving more than a compact, it will be quite tight. Ruth was very nice, friendly and very flexible with regard to check-in and check-out. She lives across the street from the apartment.
We were very happy with the apartment and would definitely recommend it.
