The room was great! I enjoyed my time. Took a walk around the grounds and enjoyed the horse farm. Easy in and out
I was warmly greeted by Mary and taken immediately to see the ponies on this gorgeous ranch nestled in the foothills of the mountains that rise up behind Santa Barbara. The location is definitely "away from it all" but such a quick drive into town or the beaches, that you get to have it all: peace and quiet, then lots of activity when you choose it. Spacious guest room with private bath and the ability to come and go as you like...great experience!
What an unexpected surprise! Mary and Joseph were incredible-with directions and all communication as I made my way there. The gate opened to a complete Shangri La with polo horses, beautiful stone houses, and incredible views of the surrounding mountains everywhere. Their home is part of a compound that is truly amazing-and the room I stayed in was gorgeous. Polished concrete floors, large french doors to a semi private patio, very nice bathroom. It was perfect for a weekend get away. Only minutes from a great beach and downtown Santa Barbara, as well as the Luna Cafe in Summerland (a must!) and Montecito. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Joseph and Mary!
Mary and Joe were very warm and hospitable. I loved seeing the horses and walking the land with Joe. A delightful place to be.
Mary and Joseph were wonderful hosts! The property was beautiful and the room was perfect. I hope to come back and stay with them again soon!
