The property is situated on the waterfront with a spectacular view of the Valletta bastions and Manoel Island. A two minute walk from all the shopping outlets. With a lovely terrace offering harbour sea and Valletta views...
No drugs tolerated. No alcohol abuse either. Smoking allowed on the terrace. I treasure peace and tranquility. Guests are expected to respect this. I cherish peace and tranquillity and I do my best to maintain this :)
Laundry service is provided for free for the first load however any additional laundry service is charged against a fee of Euro 5 otherwise washing clothes in the apartment is not permitted, unless you are washing just daily underwear! (clothes are hung to dry - one day is normally enough for them to dry in summer and two days in winter).
Kitchen use is only limited for breakfast purposes and space is offered for your breakfast items however takeaways are tolerated and one can use the terrace or the kitchen to dine.
Bottled drinking water is recommended and guests are kindly requested to supply their own according to their needs although bottled water is offered with breakfast.
A weekly change of fresh bedding and two towels (one big and one small)
