This home is in a scenic location.
Experience impeccable views and charming features in two luxurious suites. Around 2,000 sq. ft. of your own private space on the second floor of the castle.

The Lakeside Suite is positioned on the lake-facing side. This suite has a bedroom, living room, work area, bathroom, kitchen, dinette, and private patio overlooking the lake.

The Tower Suite is positioned at the front of the castle and has a bedroom, work area, living room, bathroom, kitchen, dinette, and sitting area in the turret.

The space
2 Suites with about 1,000 sq. foot each on the second floor of the castle. Each suite includes one bedroom, a kitchen, a dinette, a full bathroom.

Downtown Ortonville 3-block stroll down the street.

There is a lot of steps to navigate with the property. Parking is at the street level with stairs to the main floor of the property.

The suites have a private entrance on the south side of the property. There is a one-story flight of stairs to get to the apartment.

There are additional stairs leading to the dock at on the lake.

The full property has 3 individual living spaces. The main floor is our personal living space. The 2nd floor has two suites available for rent. This listing is for both of the 2nd floor suites.
