The studio is located on the upper floor of our old farm, which is in a village near Langwedel in a cul-de-sac.
It has a small bedroom facing east, a bathroom with evening sun and a very spacious living room with kitchenette, dining table, seating area and lots of window space facing south, offering a magnificent view of the garden, the walnut tree and the horse pastures.
We attached great importance to sustainability when furnishing the place.

The space
The studio, completed in 2023, can be reached via a staircase from the hallway, from which the entrance to our apartment also leads off on the ground floor.

For guest bicycles there is a shelter, for guest e-cars we have a charging station on the street, which can be used by appointment.

Other things to note
There are many culturally interesting destinations: in Verden and numerous other villages in the surrounding area. But of course also in Bremen, in Fischerhude, in Worpswede, in Hamburg - all destinations can be reached in 20 - 60 minutes.

Within walking distance in the village is a freely accessible beach volleyball area and a boules court within a few minutes' walk. (Boule sets can be rented from us)

Bicycles can be rented in the neighboring village.

In the center of the village we have a well-stocked farm shop and a butcher (both with additional vending machines - i.e. 24/7). There is a hairdresser, a dog salon... In the main town of Langwedel (5 km) there are several bakeries.

The info books in each apartment give tips not only for excursions, e.g. to idyllic bathing lakes, but also numerous references to restaurants, cafes and shopping.

The public buses do not run very frequently, a little more often almost only during school hours. In the village 300 m away there is a bus stop, about 5 km away a train station (the S-Bahn goes to Bremen in 20 minutes, for example) and about 45 km away Bremen Airport, which can be reached by S-Bahn and tram.
