We invite you to enjoy this wonderful, private, spacious condo in the “Waikoloa Fairways” golf course community. With access to two swimming pools and a covered bar-b-que area, tennis courts and golf course, this peaceful oasis is a fabulous place to make great vacation memories. There is also access to the free Waikoloa Village book mobile which offers books of all types for readers of all ages for free!
A short walk from the condo is the Waikoloa Village marketplace which offers a gas station, grocery store, bank, other stores, salons and restaurants. It is only a short (10 minute) drive down the hill to world class beaches, additional golfing and various restaurants. A twenty minute drive to the north takes you to Waimea, and Hilo is a little over an hour away via the ‘saddle road’.
Your home away from home has 2 en-suite bedrooms one with a comfortable king bed and the other with brightly clad twin beds. The twin beds can be converted to a King for a fee. The living room sofa has a fold out sleeper to accommodate guests and additional family too.
The lanai lets in the fresh Waikoloa breezes that keep the unit cool, and for those unseasonably warm days there is central air conditioning. Year round comfort can be found here.
We bought this unit for use as our vacation home in 2015. We have freshened paint and linens, upgraded the TVs and have added wireless internet for your enjoyment. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a rice cooker/slow cooker combination, blender, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder and electric can opener. Of course there is a full sized refrigerator, wall oven and microwave combo, stovetop and dishwasher too-- Every convenience to make your vacation restful and delicious.

Guests have access to the entire condo unit. The guests also have access to the complex pools and amenities.
Interaction with guests
We are happy to assist you with any information, recommendations or assistance with any issues in the home. Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Traditionally, there is no interaction unless you request it or have an issue and Kona Coast Vacations (on island company) is only a phone call away..

Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations rental policies at time of booking. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Please add 14.416% Hawaii taxes on rent, Security Protection Plan $49.00 payable directly to Kona Coast Vacations. This is due at the time of booking and is a credit card charge, not a wire transfer. The additional fees are not included in the AirBnB quote unless provided a Special Offer.

We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located on the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
