The space
Studio205 is a private 411-square-foot corner studio thoughtfully designed to make the most of its space. You’ll have a queen bed, fully equipped gas kitchen, coffee bar, walk-in closet, and spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub. Large windows bring in natural light, while a smart fan, portable AC, and heating provide year-round comfort. High-speed Wi-Fi and streaming services make it easy to relax after a day exploring Seattle.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire private studio during their stay. Entry is easy with a keypad on the front door, and your unique access code will be provided before check-in. The building has a secure entrance and a passenger loading zone out front for convenient luggage drop-off. Please note that Studio205 is located on the second floor of a historic building and is accessible by one flight of stairs. There is no elevator.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Parking is not included. Paid street parking and additional paid parking options are available nearby.

An in-unit all-in-one washer/dryer combo is available for guest use during your stay. Because it washes and dries in the same machine, cycle times may be longer than with separate machines.
