This was a really nice home on a quiet private pedestrian lane. Perfect for a young couple without children. The bedroom and bathroom are up a steep flight of stairs so not great for older people or children or someone out of shape. The rooms themselves are very nice! Clean modern bathroom and a great laundry machine. The kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals. The views out the window are peaceful and lovely - all gardens and rooftops and trees. The metro stations are about eight minutes away by walking and there's grocery stores and patisseries right outside the gate. We loved it and would stay again happily.

Secluded and comfortable accommodation down a charming lane covered in trees and flowering vines. A quiet refuge in a bustling neighborhood with many resources. Apartment is well equipped. One flight of stairs. Best metro is Alexandre Dumas.

We loved our stay here and fell in love with the house. It fit our needs perfectly nonetheless. The space is very well utilized and there is everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher). As it was very hot in Paris during our stay, we especially appreciated the lovely outdoor space and the proximity to the cemetery and greenery. The location is also equally wonderful. The house itself is slightly removed from the street so it stays quiet and the neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, and life if there's anything you need. We really can't recommend it enough and can't wait for our next stay in this oasis.

We had a great time in Paris. The unit was perfect and very close to bus lines, small markets, and best of all -a Boulanger. I got up most mornings and bought a fresh baguette and croissants. Because the unit is on a pedestrian walkway, it was very quiet. We met some of our neighbors. They were very friendly and helpful. The washer/dryer combo was convenient and easy to use. We loved the hot pot. It boiled water amazingly fast for the French press. We would stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time at this place; it felt light and spacious enough that we could just lounge when our day of exploring Paris was done. We had to turn the heat on on one of the nights when Paris got especially cold, and the radiators warmed the place up quite quickly. When I arrived at the location, I was super jet-lagged, so I had a little bit of trouble getting settled in, but Laurence was able to talk me through it. Would stay again!

Listing is accurate. The place is very nice inside and the street is great. Getting in and out was easy (just make sure to read the directions about the location of the keys).
