Guest access
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to every aspect of the property, including the expansive outdoor deck and the luxurious gazebo housing a six-person hot tub. The cabin also offers complimentary high-speed internet and a washer/dryer for convenience during your stay. Check-in is seamless with our keyless entry system, ensuring a contactless experience that allows guests to settle in right away.
Other things to note
🐕NO PETS: Due to the high bear activity in the area, we have a strict no-pet policy on the premises. This policy ensures the safety of both our guests and local wildlife. If it is found that you have brought a pet you will be charged $500 plus any extra cleaning costs or damages.
🐻BLACK BEARS: We have a large population around our chalet and sightings are VERY common. Please use the bear-proof trash cans at the end of the driveway to dispose of any trash and keep your car doors locked at all times. Bears will easily tear through soft tops on convertibles and truck beds, so please avoid bringing those vehicles to the cabin.
🧯OPEN FIRES: No fireworks or wood burning at anytime on the property.
🚬NO SMOKING: To keep our Aframe Cabin fresh, clean and enjoyable for all guests, we ask that there is no smoking inside the cabin at anytime. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and away from the cabin, ensuring all butts and ashes are disposed of property in the outdoor containers.
⚠️HOT TUB: Please read the hot tub rules posted before entering. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
🐛BUGS: There are critters in the mountains so you might find some unwelcome guests. We do have regular, monthly pest control so you might see some critters that didn’t make it.
🎥CAMERAS: In an effort to maintain secure premises and to record all the bear activity for social media, the cabin is equipped with an exterior cameras that record video and audio. There are no cameras facing the inside of the cabin or at private seating areas such as the hot tub or decks.
🚗ACCESSIBILITY: All Wheel Drive (AWD / 4x4) vehicle could be required to reach the chalet during winter months. Roads in the HOA are well-maintained but are curvy and hilly in areas. There is one steeper hill right before the chalet that can be slick even in the rain. Second Reminder: Bears will easily tear through soft tops on convertibles and truck bed covers, so please avoid bringing those to the cabin!
🧻SEPTIC TANK: The cabin is on a septic system, please ONLY flush toilet paper.
📝TRAVEL INSURANCE: We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your investment with unexpected travel related issues.
