I just Renovated my house on March 2024. brand new bathroom. my place is a mile to wynn hospital, downtown, utica auditorium, Utica University and Utica's best food places.

The space
it is a single house 2 bedrooms and one bath on first floor. but I just renovation the attic to one bed and one bathroom call second floor apartment will be only use the back door for this. Please, treat my place as your house. thankssss
