The Condo is facing Abbot Kinney on one side. Abbot Kinney has become the hottest boutiques and restaurant destination on the West Coast, and you will be living ON it.
Shops and restaurants start happening about 5-7 minutes walk from the apartment or 3 min bike ride.
At the end of Washington Blvd. is the Pier and there is a cluster of great lively local spots and its very close as well.
The beach and charming Venice Canals are only a short bike away, with the famed Venice Canals halfway there.
We are 13 min walk from a very nice, small Farmer's Market every Friday mornings (7-11am).
We are also on the border of Marina del Rey - a great neighborhood to enjoy while working or visiting Los Angeles:
We are few blocks from major bus lines going to Santa Monica, the airport and downtown LA.
1. No smoking anywhere on the premises; doing so will result in loss of security deposit.
2. We encourage taking shoes off inside the apartment - we keep everything very clean and it will help us keep it this way, plus will your stay even better.
3. Please don't be too loud at night and be friendly and respectful toward your neighbors!
4. Please help us conserve energy - turn off the Air/Heat before you leave for the day and before you check out.
