The resort has heated indoor pool & a seasonal outdoor pool & hot tub. Picnic area w/tables & charcoal grill area to enjoy. Condo has it's own private fast WiFi & Xfinity TV.

Newly Remodeled Condo with a Smoky Mountain Theme. Numerous amenities for the whole family including: Outdoor Swimming Pool, Indoor Swimming Pool, Outdoor Hot Tub, Covered Outdoor Kitchen, Picnic Area w/Grills. The location is within minutes of Dollywood, Pigeon Forge Attractions, Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg Public Golf Course, Pigeon Forge Parkway, Cal-Ripken Field & Sports Complex, LeConte Convention Center, Wonderful Dining Experiences and Shopping Opportunities Galore! Not only is the condo conveniently located, there is a public transit stop if you decide to park and ride the trolley. Our condo is located on the 2nd floor of the complex with a convenient elevator down the hallway.

THE KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, cooking utensils, new plates, bowls, coffee cups, and basic cookware. Stainless Steel Full-Size Appliances. Coffee Bar available - “Dollywood Express Inspired” with your choice of K-cup or Mr. Coffee Maker.

Kitchen Starter set includes: Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, Kitchen Towel, Kitchen Wash Rag, Sponge, and Dishwasher Pod.

THE BEDROOM:
Spacious Bedroom with Luxury Hybrid Memory Foam Mattress (King), Ceiling Fan w/remote control, plenty of storage for guest clothing (chest of drawers or hanging items) and make-up mirror. Connecting door to bathroom. BEDROOM TV 50” Roku & Xfinity Cable TV, Luggage Racks for Suitcases.

THE BATHROOM:
Tub/Shower Combo. Bathroom is furnished with Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Cloths, and Hair Dryer.

Bathroom Starter set includes: Hand Soap, Shampoo, and Conditioner.

THE LIVING ROOM:
Open space designed Living Room includes 55” Ultra High-Definition Roku TV mounted above the stone fireplace and Xfinity Cable TV. The Dining Area is open to the Kitchen with access to the Balcony. Balcony includes Table and 2 Chairs. Also, the Living Room includes a Queen Sleeper Sofa with memory foam mattress which allows room for additional guests to sleep.

Playing Cards, Pigeon Forge Puzzle, and other Games are in the condo for a fun game night! The games are located on the coffee table and also in the drawers of the coffee table.
