Yes, the apartment is only 26 square meters, but from it, you can reach the Slovenska Beach and Budva's promenade. You just need to cross the road and walk through the green park to get to the sea. The walk will take about 5 minutes. There is a 24-hour grocery store around the corner. The apartment itself has a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a shower with hot water, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and an iron.

The space
Despite the small size, the apartment has a separate full bedroom with its own TV and wardrobe. If someone in your group wakes up early, they can do their own thing in the living room without disturbing the others.
