The space
The guesthouse is perched on a hill and spans two levels. It features 3 spacious and comfortable double bedrooms, each with its unique character, spread across the ground floor and the first floor. There are 2 beautiful bathrooms and 2 toilets. A dedicated space on the first floor can accommodate an additional sleeping arrangement (for children or an adult).
Indoor
On the ground floor, you will find the entrance; the Adam bedroom with its shower room; a reading nook; the main room divided into three parts: a fully equipped kitchen with an island bar, a dining area and a cozy living room. In the utility room, there is our small shop.
On the first floor are the 2 bedrooms: the Abigaël bedroom and the Alma bedroom and their bathroom; a toilet; a small sitting area and a corner comprising a daybed.
Leave your soaps and towels at home; Le Clos du Haut has everything you need! Coming from a renowned house in the Vosges, the high-end bedding and household linen are included during your stay at the house. We also put at your entire disposal a whole range of exceptional care products made in Normandy for your maximum well-being (exfoliating soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion)
Outdoor
Outside, you can relax on the terrace and in the garden overlooking the valley. Stepping out of the living room, a large bay window opens onto a 25m2 decked terrace equipped with garden furniture and a dining table, ideal for outdoor meals and under the stars in warm seasons.
During the season, you can pick fruits from the orchard. We have various types of apples, cherries, plums, and pears!
The stable is next to our guesthouse, where our donkeys, Bill and Kido, reside; they will be happy to see you.

GUESTHOUSE RULES
For a successful experience, it is necessary to adhere to a few rules of conduct.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Arrivals are from 4:00 PM. We commit to personally welcoming you until 10:00 PM. Please inform us if you expect to arrive late (after 7:00 PM). Departures must be no later than 10:00 AM.
DEPOSIT
A deposit based on the amount of your stay will be requested at the time of booking.
DONKEYS
Next to the guesthouse, you'll find the stable where our donkeys, Bill, and Kido, reside. You are welcome to visit them.
They are very friendly but can be skittish. ;) We ask that you do not cross the barrier, ride the donkeys, or feed them, except with some carrots.
MEALS
We kindly request that you do not eat in the bedrooms.
PETS
We are firm dog lovers, however dogs are not admitted in the house.
SMOKING
The guesthouse and rooms are non-smoking, but smoking outside is allowed. Ashtrays are provided. Please ensure no cigarette butts are left in nature.
SHARED SPACES & EQUIPMENT
The guesthouse and outdoor areas are at your full disposal throughout your stay. The equipment and furniture there are for your use but must not be moved. Do not hesitate to ask us for a configuration that suits your needs. Likewise, the lighting of the fireplace must be carried out by us.
We ask you to ensure that any items made available to you, such as books, magazines, and board games, are returned to their place.
RESPONSIBILITY
We ask that you lock the guesthouse every time you go out.
