The apartment is located in the centre of the old town Zadar, Poluotok. The apartment is located on fifth floor of a building (it hasn't elevator) where you can relax with the scent of flowers on the large terrace and enjoy in the beautiful view in the same time
(the church of St. Donat, the cathedral, sea, islands, mountains ... ).
Near the apartment there are numerous restaurants where you can taste the original Dalmatian specialties and wines with the Dalmatian music. Special atmosphere while staying in this historic old town offer walking the streets, visiting the many museums, galleries. In the evening you can enjoy in the game of light which provides a unique Greeting to the Sun and in the sounds of the Sea organ.
The apartment is equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, DVD, free Internet, air-conditioning, terrace. Public parking is available in front of the building.
The location was just wonderful and everything in the apartment was neat and clean. Nice views over a wide area from the big terrace.
Thank you Anita!
Had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Anita and her family were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was perfect, clean and had everything we needed and the huge terrace was perfect for sitting out in the sun, enjoying the scenery. Ideally located in the middle of the Zadar old town. Would definately stay here again and recomend to friends. :-)
A very clean and modern apartment. Great location with a beautiful terrace. Really enjoyed our stay.
Too bad we stayed just for one night in Zadar, Anita's place is super clean and comfortable. But prepare yourself to climb stairs because it is at the top of the building (fifth-sixth floor). We don't mind it at all because we love her place and there's a large terrace we can have access to get a view on the old city.
Great location, great apartment, great to have a balcony, great host, they only slight negative would be a personal one in that I found the bed to be too soft for my liking.
The apartament is perfect location and very nice and clean! We liked a lot this place! Anita is very kind and friendly. We arrived earlier to Zadar and we whote her to meet earlier and she was totally available. Recommended!
Trust me. Just get it. Anita's place is amazing. Your own apartment, super clean and modern. Really, everything you need. If that isn't good enough for you, go out on that rooftop terrace overlooking Zadar, or use it just to enjoy the stars in the nighttime sky.. If you're not 100% sold by the apt. I have a number of a psych for you to call.
Anita and her sons are great. I don't get to see them long as my girlfriend and I went out after and left early in the am. Her son takes giving the tour if the apt very seriously (to practice his English). :) Great place to stay in Zadar.
We spent two nights in Anita's apartment and would certainly book it a second time when visiting Zadar again. A big plus is the central location in the old town of the city only a few steps to the local market. A small disadvantage is the parking situation: Since one isn't allowed to enter the old town by car (which is quite good) staying outside the walls is obligatory. The next parking lot costs 12 kuna per hour (in July) which has to be paid in coins and is only a few minutes foot walk from the apartment. Free parking is about 15-20 minutes. The apartment is well furnitured and has an AC!!!
The apartment was centrally located in the heart of Zadar. Beautiful and clean as per the pictures exactly. Also there is an amazing large terrace which has great views of the city and an amazing place to watch the sun go down behind the bell tower and/or have breakfast. Amenity wise this place has everything on its door step, it is so central that both sides of the city can be accessed within a few minutes walk (once you have your bearings!) the market in the square just down stairs had beautiful fruit and there are great bars restaurants etc within a 5 minute walk. We visited in the hight of summer so the aircon was a great asset! We would definitely return here should we be visiting Zadar again. Would recommend this accommodation to any type of guest however please note that being on the top floor there are a few flights of stairs to climb (not an issue for us and I did have a very heavy case with me!)
We had an overnight in Zadar, and didn't have enough time to appreciate the charms of Anita's apartment, like the large terrace, and well equipped kitchen.
Enjoyed the Sea Organ. We had a fabulous meal at Pet Bunara.
