Interaction with guests
Normally, either Chris or Kent (the home owners) are available during your stay. When there are other quests occupying one of the other bedrooms, please be kind and courteous of their privacy needs and of noise levels. The bedrooms are normally on separate floors
A very quiet neighborhood far enough from the city lights to have good star viewing. The property borderline in the back yard leads to a trail that provides great viewing opportunities of all the Peaks. Just follow to where it crosses Barton Creek and continue left on the trail on the other side. About a 700 foot ascent and 35 minutes
Usually, you bring your car and park in one of our spaces. If you did not rent a car, Chris and I can, occasionally drop you off at either Peak 7/8 or at the Gondola (2.5 miles). Uber is another option and may be less expensive than renting a car. Summit Express provides drop off service from DIA to Breckenridge Transit Center for $45.
If you are going out on the town, best to park your auto at the lot at the bottom of Barton Creek ... just right down airport Road and behind the circular area where the Yellow Bus takes you into town. If you are not drinking, you can, of course try your parking luck at one of the downtown lots. Peak Express provides day shuttles to Beaver Creek and Vail. Bus Transportation to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin and Keystone is free from Breckenridge Transit Center.
Other things to note
Connect to WiFi when you arrive
Install the SONOS and URC apps to control the sound system
You can use the gas grill. Remember to turn it on at the tank and turn it off when done.
Spare tollet paper and paper towels are to the right on the top shelf of the main floor master bedroom closet.
Use the garbage disposal for food waste, coffee grinds (Septic system slow to process food)
Keep outside doors locked when you are away from the house
Outside speakers are "Patio" and "Patio Pool" for Hot Tub area. You may add these speakers, through Sonos, when you are using the hot tub, the outside swing or the fire pit. Remember to remove them from the House 2 or House 1 (whichever you are using) when you come back inside.
