We are located in Park Forest Village, a quiet neighborhood on the north side of State College. Our backyard is partially wooded which makes it a lovely, peaceful place to relax. Downtown, Beaver Stadium, and the PSU campus is a short taxi ride away, a couple of miles. We are on the bus route as well. Restaurants, Wegmans, and Target are in walking distance.
We will typically be in the upstairs of the house if any issues arise. We have cats but they will not be in the room. If you are allergic cats, please be aware. We are a family with one child. We try to keep things quiet until 9am and after 9pm for our guests.
Please let us know if you need an earlier check in or a later checkout. We will try to accommodate if possible.
Football and some event weekends are a two night minimum. Please refer to the calendar for details.
We will leave the key out on the back patio under an orange pot. Go around the left side of the house to reach the entrance to the guest room. Please feel free to let yourself in after the agreed upon check in time. Inside there is some more specific information about the room.
