  • A quiet, comfortable and luminous apartment in a great neighbourhood, where you can find everything you need in a real roman atmosphere. The grocery market or the bakery are just great, not to mention some of the local restaurants. Being a bit appart from the busy city center was perfect for us as so we could easily reach the turist atractions during the day and enjoy a good rest in the quietness of this apartment.
Valeria and Riccardo are great hosts and they show you the tips to enjoy your stay. We really felt at home!

  • The apartment was perfect: very spacious, luminous and clean, with everything (and I really mean everything) we needed at our disposal (shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, towels, everything for breakfast and everything to cook). Many shops and restaurants nearby, especially a cute café/bar offering aperitivo just down the building.
We even learned how to make a perfect italian espresso!
The only downside if I had to find one is the location, which is central but not in the very historical touristy city center. The apartment is though well linked with public transportation, and you can access everything you want to be visiting in Rome in 15min by bus. It is also easy to access the apartment from the airport.
    Many thanks Valeria!

  • Valerias house was exactly what we had been looking for, we loved the blue and clean bathroom and the super-comfortable bed! We also liked that the table was outside on the small balcony - just perfect for three sunny days at the end of september! We enjoyed the neighbourhood that had all amenities that one needs (bakery, gelateria, supermarket, little restaurants) - just a bit removed from all the amazing craziness of rome.
Valeria is a great host, very friendly and helpful before we got there - and even better and next door when we stayed there.
    Thank you!

  • We stayed in Valeria's flat for a week. The apartment was great for a couple and very clean. The surroundings were perfect too. Bus stop, pizza take away, market, bakery and a cinema. The host, Valeria, were absolutely amazing. She was so helpfull and kind! She helped us with everything from bus lines to great restaurants. We can absolutely recommend Valeria and her apartment.

  • We had a great time in Valeria's flat. The place is spacious, the bed huge and very confortable, the little balcony was a reel pleasure for breakfast on the morning.
Breakfast was all set and ready for us, milk orange juice and even beers in the fridge were waiting for us!
The flat is clean well decorated. We definitivly will advice our friends to stay in this bnb.
We didn't use the public transport to go to the center of rome, but it took us 15 or 20 minutes with bike to do it : there is a bike lane next the the river which brings you straght to Vatican!

Enjoy your stay At Valeria's flat!

  • I would like to say a big thank Valerie and Ricardo for their warm welcome. It is a very friendly and welcoming people who have tried to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is very cozy. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are very pleased to have opted for apartments Valerie and Ricardo.

  • Very lovely apartment indeed with equally lovely hosts! Just as the pictures show - its very clean and well-maintained. Also provided are things that you need and more like bread, spreads, milk, juice, coffee, tea for breakfast and also shower gel, shampoo and lotion! Plus clean towels (replaced every 3 days).

All this of course reflects on how detailed and efficient the host, Valeria, is! My husband and I were greeted by Valeria's husband Riccardo at the metro stop, where he picked us up. Valeria has always been prompt with her replies each time I mail her with my questions, getting to the station was not a problem. We then met Valeria at the apartment and everything was well-prepared for us. There were pamphlets and maps, including a detailed map of the neighbourhood with all the essential shops like supermarket, restaurants, etc.

Have to thank Valeria for assisting us in getting a guide and train tickets to Naples for our day trip there. And also for letting us leave our bags in her apartment on our last day after checkout since we had a late flight. Her apartment is just beside, so she's just a doorbell away for any assistance.

The apartment is tucked in a nice quiet neighbourhood (with plenty of shops & restaurants), far from the hustle and bustle of the touristy area but the city centre is still accessible by bus - about 15-20minutes. The only downside is that the apartment is not very near a metro station but thats not a reason that will stop us from staying here again if we do come back to Rome!

What matters most is that you can tell the host really enjoys helping her guests and making sure they are happy and satisfied with their stay. We felt like we're living in a home away from home and safely beside a friend we could trust!

  • Valeria was very friendly. She had taken care of all of the little details and had maps, breakfast, and plenty of information for us. She even called us a taxi back to the airport! We were very happy with the space, and would definitely stay there again.

  • Absolutely great stay! Valeria and Riccardo have been so helpful to us…:)
Super clean Bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Organised and full breakfasts- I liked the Nutella chocolate in the mornings! They were always accessible whenever we needed. Very quick email responses from them!
It was like our home and they’ve been a nice neighbour to us.
Walking distance only 3minuts to the major street and bus stops to city center (20min to the city center). I would say a “Local location” to see Italian style daily life in Rome.
you can find nice Italian food around but NOT touristy expensive!

About
I'm the manager of this brand new B&B that I've just opened with my husband Riccardo. It was the dream of our life as we both love to travel around the world and to meet new people, we thought this job could be a good way to keep on doing it while in Rome. I'm particularly in love with the Spanish culture and that's why I speak Spanish quite good! I like to cook and to have all my friends for dinner, drinking wine, chatting and tasting good food that I prepare for them. I'm a big fan of Juventus football club, and I follow most of the sports, but most of all I love the mountains where I go for a hike very often, a passion that both me and Riccardo share. My big love is also Rome: I would love to show you my city from my point of view, if you come to visit me.
