This is a fantastic ground floor apartment that is located in the heart of Chamonix. It offers friends or families fantastic accessibility to all lifts, shops, bars, and restaurants. Its has the main train station right on your door step along with bus routes just 2 minutes walk from your door, making it ideal for either summer or winter.
It has 2 bedrooms along with a open mezzanine level that can sleep a 5th person very comfortably.
It is nice and bright with large windows and french doors that allows a 2nd point of entrance.
Its tasteful furnishing and recent refurbishments gives its is a warming sense or calmness making it an incredible place to stay whilst taking some time out from your day to day life and vacation in the beautiful Chamonix valley.
It has an open plan Living, kitchen and dining room on the base level with bedroom 1 being a double room situated just off the living area.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and is hidden off the back of the mezzanine. There is also a single bed that sits at the top of the mezzanine level that is open to the living area but is still very comfortable.
Bathroom is a great modern style bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin.
There is also an area to store ski's and bicycle's on the ground floor of the building.

Nice place And locación
We had an excellent week in Chamonix and were welcomed very warmly by Christopher. We found the apartment to be exactly as described and in a great location near to the high street shops/restaurants and with easy access to the slopes and bus stops. We would certainly consider staying in this apartment again.
Great flat, perfectly located - we drove there and the biggest free partking lot in Chamonix is a two minute walk away. The flat is small, but works well for four people - mind your head upstairs though, the top floor is made for hobbits. But as long as you remember that in the morning, you are fine. :-) Chris knows his way around Chamonix and gave us many very useful tips. Will come back to this flat if we return to Chamonix, which is very likely.
Great location for chamonix town, 2min walk to nearest bars and restaurants. Next to train station and 5mins from mont blanc square where the ski buses leave from. Apartment satisfactory, convenient ground floor private access and well heated. The mezzanine floor has very low ceilings so best suited to children. Kitchen equipped to a reasonable level.
Chris and Fraser from Apex very helpful and organised transfers for us and recommended ski hire etc. They were easy to get hold of via text msg/ phone/ email.

Christopher was very welcoming when we arrived. He explained how things worked and provided us with useful information about Chamonix and what we could go out and do. The apartment was cosy. The upstairs bedroom and the mezzanine level do not have very much headroom so would be better for children rather than adults as you have to keep crouching down. It is handy as a base to explore Chamonix and the surrounding areas as it is pretty central. The kitchen was really useful as eating out gets very expensive. It could cater to a lot of different needs. Thanks
