This is a lovely apartment in a beautiful medieval town, we had a great time here. Anything you need is there (incl. cooking equipment and washing machine), and when I had any questions Kristina always responded straight away. The girl next door is very friendly as well. The only thing that annoyed us sometimes was that the water system (boiler?) downstairs makes quite a bit of noise, also during the night, but you get used to it after a while.
The place is a perfect start to make day trips to Siena, Firenze (Florence), Arezzo (recommended for shopping!) and many more. The public swimming pool (piscina comunale) is just down the hill, I think it was 7,50 euros each, plus you need a swimming cap, but it was very enjoyable. You have a great view on the town from the water. In town they have amazing, thin, pizzas at the Da Roggi restaurant.
I'd definitely recommend others to stay at this apartment!
