Beautifully decorated spacious maisonette located in the upper quiet neighbourhood of Myconos Town (Chora). Situated within a 2 minute walk of the heart of buzzy cosmopolitan Chora, the seafront restaurants and the main taxi station, the house is ideal for those who wish to benefit both of the myconian nightlife and the amazing beaches. Set on two floors, it contains a living room-dining room with open plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and guest WC on the ground floor, and two bedrooms with bathroom and individual balconies with stunning panoramic views of the cycladic landscape and the Aegean sea on the first floor. The house benefits of easy acces to the main road, a private parking and garden with communal swimming pool and build-in BBQ.
Nicholas was a very accommodating host. He was out of town for the weekend, but he organized someone to bring the keys to us on the day of our arrival. The apartment was just what we had hoped for; an incredible view, spacious living accommodations, and set in the perfect location. The availability of a washer and dryer during our stay was the biggest benefit of this listing. We came during the off season, so there was not much going on in Mykonos at the time, but if I were to return, I would be sure to return to this listing.
Nicholas was such a great host and the house was equally as amazing! It was very spacious and modern, and had all the necessities we needed. The patio was BEAUTIFUL and had an amazing view!! We spent much of our time out there sitting and relaxing, and looking down at the town beach. The view was absolutely breathtaking and unique, and the patio was so comfortable that we could enjoy it for hours at a time! The walk down to town was very straightforward and quick too, about four minutes. 10/10 would recommend to a friend, we plan to come back someday!!
Nikolas has a nice place in a great location on a beautiful island. There is lots of public space outside and we loved pulling up chairs to watch the sunset every afternoon from the deck. The village is just steps away and very convenient. Nikolas was very accommodating in letting us drop off our luggage early, and also allowing a late check-out as we waited for a ferry. Thank you!
Nicholas was a fabulous host. Even though he was not in Mykonos, he was easily accessible at all times. He went above and beyond anything we even expected. The place was great. Very close to Mykonos town. He also gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Beautiful view of the city and port.
This was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! It was like a dream! The view was more incredible than the photos, everything was less than 5 minutes walk away... Including the beach! It was so clean, and even better than the photos. Thank you so much Nick! It was the best birthday celebration in the best location.
I didn't get to meet the host Nicholas personally - although communicating with him was very easy - but his assistant Ivan greeted us and helped us move in. The house itself was compact yet clean and cozy, and the views were spectacular!
My only complaint was a few of the aforementioned amenities were missing...but I guess one could say the upside is we got to try some nice local Greek products ;)
All in all though a good experience which we would recommend!
We had a wonderful stay here. It's 2 bedroom, 1 full bath and 1 half bath. We were able to make breakfast at home everyday which was great since there are markets in town. The living room was lovely which allowed us to just relax at night. The extra space was very accommodating that we would not have had at a hotel. Mykonos Town is like a maze but once you get the hang of it, this house is in a very good location. 2 minute walk down the stairs to multiple restaurants. 30 second walk to the main road to catch a taxi. There are limited taxis. You can always call the taxi company to send you one. Nicholas was a great host and very responsive to all of my questions during our stay. Please note that you do not get to meet Nicholas but his worker Ivan is really nice and Ivan's English is very limited which was not an issue. They also offer a parking spot which we were able to park our ATVs. If you love adventure you should absolutely rent one (try to rent one with more horsepower, more than 150cc). It's pretty easy to get around since there are signs everywhere. We were able to go beach hopping (super paradise, paradise, paraga). First time at an Airbnb and I will definitely use it again. Thank you Nicholas for everything. Your place was lovely!
