This unit does not have A/C and has ceiling fans. You will often see friendly bright green Madagasgar Day Geckos which are common in Hawaii and sometimes it takes getting used to having them around, especially if you are an urban dweller. They eat fruit, nectar and mosquitoes and it's good luck to have them around.
You will have access to the swimming pool and common grounds. The condo also has two bikes, snorkeling gear, outrigger canoe paddles and beach chairs.
No hanging of towels or clothing over the lanai railings.
No bicycles, coolers, or boxes are allowed on the lanais.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
I am happy to speak with guests prior to their trip to answer any questions and ensure this is a good fit for their vacation.
Welcome to my place in Kona! I'm from San Francisco and get out to Hawaii whenever I can escape. I love outrigger canoeing at Keauhou Canoe Club, hiking to Green Sands beach, swimming from Kailua Pier, scuba diving with the Manta Rays and exploring the lava fields and remote beaches that are only accessible by 4-wheel drive. If you want a relaxing vacation that's super convenient yet off the beaten track, come and visit soon. Aloha!
