Really well positioned apartment in lovely area, with everything we needed inside, including some local information. Dave was very helpful and got us parking permits which was appreciated!
Great host extremely accommodating clean well stocked unit and wonderful neighborhood
Dave's Goose Hollow studio was clean, comfortable, and all you could ask for in a vacation rental in the heart of Portland. We loved the location, especially since it's a 20 minute walk to most sites and less than a 2 minute walk to the streetcar stop. Our favorite feature was the private patio -- perfect for late night cider sipping and early morning coffees. Although we didn't meet Dave in person, he was easy to communicate with upfront, and he made it simple for us to get parking passes for our rental car. We definitely recommend this studio for your Portland staycation!
My fiancé and I spent a few nights in Dave's studio and had a truly lovely time. The place is spotless, beautifully furnished, and very homey. While Dave was not around when we arrived, he thoughtfully arranged for everything (including parking passes) ahead of time, and was quick to respond to any questions. He provided a list of things to do and see in Portland, and we really enjoyed a few of his recommendations. The location could not be beat: we could easily walk to the International Rose Test Garden and downtown. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our time in Portland!
Great neighborhood - close to walking trails and 20 minute walk to downtown and the Pearl. Very easy instructions to access studio - nice sized apartment and outside deck. Took the time to collate restaurant recommendations. Supplies parking validations. I appreciated that Dave checked in as I arrived and left see if all was in order or if I had questions. Would rate 4 1/2.
