Wake to birdsong, wander down to the creek, and end your day under a canopy of stars. The space is thoughtfully outfitted with the essentials so you can relax the moment you arrive—unpack, exhale, and enjoy your getaway.

Good to know
We’re in a Dark Sky neighborhood—outdoor lighting is intentionally limited to preserve stargazing.

There’s a short section of unpaved road leading to our quiet lane (adds to the privacy and calm).

There’s truly no place like this—come experience it for yourself —far from it all, yet close to everything.

You have access to the cabin, patio area, and a forest trail down to the creek.

Please be mindful that there is a private residence on site behind the opposite fence and immediately before the cottage on the left hand side.

The OLD BAIT SHOP is not for exploring and may pose a risk.

NOTE: It is advised that due to the natural landscape and uncleared pathway, be aware when walking to the creek to be cautious and mindful as we are not responsible for slips and falls.

Other things to note
The main brick built home at the front end of the property belongs to the owner, Kathy, who lives off-site; she has her own private entrance and fenced patio/yard completely separate and a good distance from the cabin by the creek which is at the back of the property.

The property features a primitive forest trail at the rear, leading to the creek. Access to the trail and creek is at the guest's sole risk. Guests are advised to exercise caution, as wildlife native to the area may be present. Pet owners are strongly encouraged to keep dogs on a leash at all times. While most guests enjoy walking the trail, swimming in the creek is uncommon. During summer months, water levels tend to be low, typically below knee level.

Our quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood is located off the main Brewer Road down a short, unpaved section that is atypical of a suburban area with sidewalks and street lights.
We have provided pathway lighting leading to the cottage and are installing motion-sensor lights to illuminate your path, compliant with our Sedona Dark Sky community title.
The neighbors are sweet, older and kind - we look out for each other - and if you meet one of them, introduce yourself and say hello!
