Welcome to Smoky Mountain Cozy Cottage, your private, single-level retreat on a full acre of land. Our home is designed for comfort and fun, with easy, no-step access.

Living & Dining:
Cozy living room with a 65” Smart TV and a popcorn maker for movie nights.
Fully equipped, updated kitchen with new appliances, including an air fryer, crockpot, Keurig, and Mr. Coffee maker.
Dining room with seating for eight next to a warm gas fireplace.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8):
Master Bedroom: King bed, en suite bathroom, 55” Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 55” Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed, 55” Smart TV, and board games.
Living Room: Sleeper sofa with provided linens.

Outdoor Oasis:
Private Saltwater Pool: Open Mid March-Mid October with poolside seating for 12.
7-Person Hot Tub: Open and ready for you year-round.
Tiki Bar: Covered outdoor kitchen with a fridge/freezer, seating for 8, and a 55” Smart TV.
Gas Grill: Includes a rotisserie and griddle insert.

Indoor Entertainment:
Game Room: Foosball table and a classic arcade machine (Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug) with an HDMI hookup for your own gaming console.
Smart TVs: 7 Smart TVs throughout the home and at the Tiki Bar for all your streaming needs.

Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire house, the fenced-in backyard, the private swimming pool, the hot tub, and the outdoor Tiki Bar.

Check-in is simple and contactless via an electronic keypad. Your unique code will be provided before your arrival.

Please note that two sheds in the driveway and one closet inside the house are locked for owner storage and are not accessible to guests.

Wi-Fi: High-speed Xfinity Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home.

Pool & Hot Tub: The saltwater pool is open seasonally from Mid-March through Mid-October. The hot tub is available for you to enjoy year-round.

Family-Friendly Amenities: A high chair attachment and kids’ dishes are available for our youngest guests.

Coffee Station: We provide a complimentary starter supply of coffee, sugar, and creamers to get your vacation started right. With both a Keurig single cup brewer and a Mr Coffee whole pot coffee maker.
