A yearlong, top-to-bottom-renovation of an office building in Ginza was an extraordinary renovation project just as a testament to the superior design and construction work accomplished by a Japanese designer .The old tableware shop has turned into a multi use space with a beautiful custom kitchen and showcase equipped for a exhibition space on 1st floor .The 2nd floor is based on Natural material such as Japanese paper and used wood in a combination with Scandinavian lamps and minimalistic decoration. All decoration and renovation plan done by a famous designer custom build from scratch.The kitchen living space and bedroom bathroom space are separated by a public stairwell that leads to other apartments.
It was renovated in 2012 so everything is brand new.We decided to rent out and give a chance for Japanese architect mania and design freek after only known among friends and family base.

From our apartment in a heart of Ginza.You have a choice of 10 different train and metro lines; making this a perfect base for exploring all over Tokyo.Easy to get to from both airports!! Direct trains are possible.We highly recommend our guests to take Narita Express to Tokyo st. Take the Yaesu exit for a taxi and only 3-5min ride. The nearest metro st. is only 3min away from the flat. The world busiest market, Tsukiji and the central Ginza area where all the departments, shops and restaurants are only 7~10 minutes walk away. One of the top selected organic food stores is just around the corner.
The newly renovated Kabuki theater basement floor is connected to Higashiginza st which takes you to Roppongi. Ueno Zoo,Tokyo Disneyland is very easy access. Sony building, Imperial palace、 Hibiya park, are all within walking distance! For location cannot be beaten in price.Whole apartment best suited for 2 or 3 people.The flat has a great seasonable view over Kyobashi park just in front. The apartment comes with wifi, CATV, AC , telephone, washer and dryer, linen and towels- it's a hotel like apartment. Extra bedding available on request. Guest do unheard of things after a great night's sleep. We are focusing on hospitality as if you stay in a top rated Inn in Kyoto (Ryokan). The bed mattress is same as the world's top 20 hotel using Simmons bed queen equipped in a custom made bed flame made of used wood. Bed linen and towls are the top quality “Imabari towl” with excellent water absorption.We provide only quality things.

Mayumi is a designer and also a certified Pilates teacher. Ohmura’s deep interest in technology, materials and function highlight her desire to tell a story with the things she makes—she uses designed objects to comment on our times. Her jewelry collection Kengo Kuma +MA.YU is in store at Ginza Mitsukoshi. She is half Japanese Danish and loves classic movie. Her favorite film directors are Ingmar Bergman and Jean-Luc Godard. She has a great knowledge of Japanese traditional theater play Kabuki and she loves to play Shamisen .
