Take a stroll on tree lined streets, relax at the park. Perfect landing spot for adventurers & those seeking a quiet getaway. Centrally located, easy access for travel contracts at INL & Hospitals. Fully fenced back yard for pets!

The space
This beautiful midcentury modern mother-in-law suite was recently remodeled and is a home all to itself with a fully fenced back yard. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor green space and room for your pets to run and a kitchen and laundry room. Need a place to store somethings or vehicles while in between houses? The included 20x10 garage is perfect for just that.

* Please be aware that this unit has a steep and skinny stairway that doesn't accommodate a railing. We keep a travel crib / Pack ’n Play available at the Airbnb for guests to use at no extra charge. :)

For families who prefer a larger sleeping space for their little one, we also offer a standard-size wooden crib option. The crib is stored with our supplies and can be brought over and fully set up upon request.

There is typically a $150 setup fee for the full crib to help cover transportation, setup, mattress protector, and additional laundering.

If you’d like either option prepared for your stay, just let us know prior to arrival. We’re always happy to help make your family’s stay as comfortable as possible. ☀️Subject to availability, based on first come first serve access.

Summer 2026 Pest Update
This summer, Idaho Falls is experiencing a larger-than-usual box elder bug and lawn gnat outbreak. While they are completely harmless, we know they can be a nuisance. At any homes affected, we have weekly pest control treatments in place, plus additional measures like essential oils and sticky strips at windows and doors to help keep them out.

You can help us by keeping doors and windows closed whenever possible, closing curtains at night, switching off lights when not needed (especially in bathrooms), and avoiding leaving food or drinks uncovered. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space comfortable for everyone. 🙂

Please note -spiders are common in ldaho, especially in summer and fall. They help control other small pests and are usually harmless. Spider bites are very rare. If yoU see one inside, just let us know and well be happy to take care of it.
