Boat slip with lift available for your use, bring your own boat! Public boat launch is next door (literally 30 seconds away) for easy access. Fish River connects to Weeks Bay and Mobile Bay for miles of protected waterways. Fish cleaning station on-site for your daily catch.
PETS:
One dog welcome (size and fee details in House Rules). Outdoor areas are perfect for your furry friend, and there's an outdoor shower for post-river cleanup.
PARKING & ACCESS:
Driveway parking for 2-4 vehicles. Elevator provides easy access to the main floor, stairs are optional! From the main living area, you have beautiful river and dock views. Loungers are provided on the dock, so guests with mobility considerations can enjoy the entire waterfront experience while remaining on one level.
CHECK-IN:
Host Babbie personally greets most guests and provides a welcome tour of the property. If schedules don't align, self check-in instructions will be provided.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Peaceful residential area perfect for family vacations. Our neighbors appreciate considerate noise levels, especially in the evening.
WATER ACTIVITIES:
Life jackets provided with kayaks. The koi pond is a favorite with kids, perfect for viewing and feeding the fish! Kids LOVE the floating lily pad!!
FISHING:
You'll catch bass, catfish, and bream right from the dock! Alabama fishing licenses are required for guests 16 and older (easy to purchase online through Alabama Department of Conservation).
LOCAL TIPS:
Publix grocery is 10 minutes away. Downtown Fairhope (10 min) has amazing restaurants—ask for our recommendations! The Grand Hotel (15 min) is worth a visit for drinks or spa treatments.
