Enjoy the charm of a heritage building while staying at the best location in downtown Vancouver.
This apartment is located at the Electra Building, the old BC Hydro company building from 1957. Renovated and adapted to residential in 1995 it retains the modernistic charm of the '50s. It was Vancouver’s first skyscraper, then the first commercial building to be designated heritage. At the 13th floor, you will have sweeping views of the city.

Please, avoid removing make-up on the towels. There are Kleenex, cotton pads and cotton swabs provided for that purpose.
Although I don't charge a safety deposit, I trust you to reimburse me in case of any incident (stains, broken glasses, lost keys, etc).
We had a great stay at Lili's place in downtown Vancouver, it's close to a number of great restaurants (The Twisted Fork was really good in particular) and a short walk from Gastown and Granville Island. Getting to the public transit was pretty convenient for getting to the airport as well. The place was clean and quiet and Lili was able to accommodate our schedule, which we greatly appreciated!
Probably one of my best experiences with Airbnb ! Lili is awesome and always available for your wishes. The building is really nice and the apartment is even better, they both have all what you need to have for a comfortable permanence. Great view and amazing location, you will have a grocery store and a liquor store close to you and also any other kind of shop you look for. Reaching Robson st. (one of the funniest street in town) will take you only 2 minutes walking.
We had a great time staying at Lili's apartment in downtown Vancouver. The location couldn't be better, we basically walked to all the major city spots during our stay.
The apartment was exactly as advertised, well furnished and offering everything you might need. Located in the 13th floor, it is rather quiet if you put aside the regular firemen sirens due to the hospital near by.
Lili has been very reactive in our emails, was waiting for us on the first day and even prepared a little present for our honeymoon. A very nice gesture.
Highly recommended !
Great apartment in a convenient, central location. Lili was the quintessential helpful Airbnb host--was waiting for me when I arrived, took me carefully through everything I needed to know, offered suggestions about where to eat and what to do, checked in to see if I needed anything else during my stay, and even left me an umbrella to fend off Vancouver's light rains--an umbrella that I sadly but predictably lost the very first time I used it. (Sorry Lili!) All in all, a universally positive experience.
Lili was waiting at the apartment when we arrived and was a very warm and welcoming host. She even checked in the next day to make sure everything was ok. The apartment itself is very clean, nicely furnished, and in the perfect location. Can't recommend enough!
Thanks again. This host as well as location is what makes Airbnb a great site. She was there to welcome me n checked after first night if all was okay.. Can't say enough as to this experience. Thanks
Lili met me outside the building immediately upon arrival, and was responsive and helpful the whole time I was in Vancouver. The flat is is ideal - conveniently located, as described, and stocked with the essentials. It had everything I needed for a 1-week stay. Thanks Lili. Hghly recommended!

I'm an Airbnb veteran, hosting since July 2010 and loving every minute of it. I do a lot of volunteering, namely as the vice-president of Vancouver Latin American Cultural Centre, Director of Programming for Projecting Change Film Festival, and sit on the board of the Brazilian Consulate's Citizen Council.
I immigrated from Brazil to Vancouver 7 years ago and Ken, my partner, is the chief film critic of the Georgia Straight, Vancouver's weekly entertainment newspaper. Ken's son lives with us and works at a local movie theatre. As you can imagine, we watch more movies in one year than most people in their whole lives! I love cooking and baking with the great local products we find here.
I totally fell in love with Vancouver as soon as I got here, and I'm sure you will, too. (Or maybe you are returning for a visit and know exactly what I'm talking about!)
You will find a clean and comfortable apartment at the perfect location to explore the city, and I will do my best to make your stay enjoyable and stress-free.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.
Hope to see you soon!
