San Lorenzo is a sort of a “Brooklyn village” where you live on a human scale. Indeed, due to the closeness to Rome’s main university, La Sapienza, the district has become one of the favorite day and evening location for local citizens and tourists, thanks to the pedestrian night area that allows to better enjoy the wide selection of authentic Roman restaurants, pizzerias, coffee bars, gelato shops, supermarkets, laundries, local markets, garages, churches, cinemas, pubs and night clubs.

Many of Rome's famous tourist attractions are within 3 km, and as the central Termini station and metro stop are just a stone's throw away (+ -15 min.), guests can conveniently reach any part of the city by public transportation.

Excellent host- woke up every morning to a basket filled with snacks and tea/coffee (plus you get a voucher for a cafe around the corner!) Great authentic restaurants nearby-& the place next door has really cheap food and beer! Super clean room- comfy bed with nice private bathroom! Super easy to take the bus to the train station and main attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We found this room to be perfect, and very good value for money. It's very modern and clean as the photos show, with a great shower. Really it feels more like a hotel than an Airbnb as the room can be made up if requested! The free breakfast is an added bonus too. The location was spot on because although it's not in the centre of the tourist part (we liked that) it is only a short journey using the public transport, which is very easy and inexpensive. There are also a few nice authentic restaurants nearby as it's a local area. Overall a lovely stay :)

Conveniently located a short walk from the metro system. Good room that included a tasty breakfast at cafe down the street. Great host who went the extra mile to help us whenever needed!
