We have a security deposit that is just a hold ($300) on your credit card, NOT a charge. it is released within 3 days or less after your stay, as soon as the cleaners come. We've never had to change a guest against their security hold. :)

We do have a security camera on the back deck that faces the parking area, and a Ring doorbell on the front door. These are for your safety and the security of the property.

From the parking area behind the cabin, there are stairs to the entrance off the back deck.
