Nestled overlooking the Sierra de Mijas, Calanova Golf Course, and the Mediterranean, this gated community offers a serene escape. The Cala Hill Club boasts an onsite concierge ready to answer any questions you may have.
Just an 8-minute drive from La Cala de Mijas and Calahonda, you’ll find beautiful beaches. Malaga airport is a 25-minute drive away, while central Malaga is a 35-minute journey. Mijas Pueblo is just 18 minutes away, and Marbella is a 20-minute drive.
The main floor features a spacious, panoramic terrace (30 square meters) with a pergola and comfortable patio furniture. This terrace enjoys lovely sea breezes and is adorned with beautiful plants and flowers. The living and dining room on the main floor also boasts large panoramic patio doors, allowing you to enjoy the sea and mountains views year-round.
The living room is equipped with a large smart TV (Apple TV, Netflix, Prime, Sonos Beam sound system). Two large sofas can be converted into two single beds with the addition of two single mattresses (available upon request).
A dining table with six chairs and a small desk provide a convenient space for catching up on emails.
This apartment is ideal for remote work, featuring fibre optic internet with a download speed of 1 gb/s.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. We provide a starter kit with coffee, tea, milk, and sugar.
A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack is also available.
On the main floor, Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed (160cm), fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The Calanova Golf Club is a short walk or drive away, boasting a fantastic 18-hole golf course nestled at the foot of the Mijas mountains, offering breathtaking sea views. Parking and getting around are convenient. We have a dedicated underground parking space (space number 21), with an additional space available upon request. To explore the region’s beautiful spots, we recommend renting a car at Malaga Airport. Alternatively, Uber, Bolt, or taxis are available for evening outings, with an 8-minute ride to the heart of La Cala de Mijas. Fuengirola also has a Cercanias train that connects to central Malaga (Alameda or Malaga train station).
La Cala de Mijas
La Cala, a charming fishing village, retains many of its original houses. At its heart stands the Torre de la BaterÃa, a 16th-century watchtower. The town boasts shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks. Stretching 40 kilometres to Marbella, the beautiful Senda Litoral (boardwalk along the sea) offers lovely morning walks with the sunrise or sunset strolls. Along the boardwalk, you’ll find great Chiringuitos (bar-restaurants) perfect for refreshing drinks or a bite. Don’t miss the famous Espetos, small, freshly caught sardines grilled over open fires on the beach. La Cala’s large beaches are ideal for relaxing or a dip in the Mediterranean. Three of the area’s beaches, La Cala El Chaparral, Calahonda Royal, and El Bombo, are blue flag beaches. Avoiding mass development linked to high tourism, La Cala maintains its relaxed Spanish seaside charm, especially during the summer.
Wednesday and Saturday, a market is held in La Cala.
