The Space

The spacious accommodation is quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, though we are conveniently placed for bus routes into Bournemouth.
Boscombe Manor is an ideal base for exploring Bournemouth, Poole, the New Forest and the famous Jurassic coast. We're also less than an hour away from Salisbury and Stonehenge.

Guest Access

You would share all amenities; a large kitchen with washing machine, lounge with open fire and TV, shower room and free Wi-Fi. I’m lucky to live in an open, very private, tree-lined avenue that is rarely busy, so plenty of free parking.

Interaction with Guests

When you arrive you can expect a friendly welcome from me; I am a theatre director, love traveling to new places so I look forward to meeting people from around the world in my home.
You are welcome to cater for yourself, grab a cup of tea or coffee and sit in the garden in the sun after you have had a great day on the beach. On Sunny evenings, you are welcome to share barbecues with myself and friends.

The Neighborhood

I love the abundance of the trees and blossoms and the stunning beaches at the end of my road.
I feel my guests would experience the peace and quiet of my neighbourhood and still walk into town along the beach one way to the hustle and bustle of Bournemouth town; walk the other way to the wilder expanse of Hengistbury head

Getting around

There are good bus routes accessed very close to the apartment; best just to ask me where you want to go.
if you are coming by train, please tell me because it may be easier for you to get off at the stop before Bournemouth
(Pokesdown) and if I am available could even pick you up.

  • It was a pleasure to stay in Christina's house. Christina was very welcoming and gave us very good advice. The bedroom was very big and clean. The area is lovely. At a walking distance from the house, there is a very nice cafe with a wonderful view on the beach and Bournemouth. I wish we could have stayed longer to spend more time in the region and discuss with Christina and her niece.

  • Christina was very welcoming and lovely. We stayed only for one night but I would love to come back, I fell in love with this is peaceful place. She gave us helpful information and an overview of the area. The room is huge and nice, we were 3 girls and it was perfect. The location is really great, you are close to Boscombe cliffs. If you want to surf, or have a surf lesson, this is also the perfect place, walk along the beach and you will find Watersports Centre. Thank you again Christina for everything! Warm wishes and hope to see you again :)
