Casco- Experience stylish and comfortable camping with boho flair. Nestled in the woods just off of the river. For 2 guests or a small family with a full bed and pull out couch (full). Enjoy amenities including a heat/ac, stove top, sink, refrigerator, and shower. (No oven) The site features a bistro table, charcoal grill, and a fire pit for outdoor enjoyment. Close to Point Sebago Resort, Songo Locks and Sebago Lake State Park. Bring your kayak or canoe and leave right from Crooked River.
The space
The Camper is located on a private wooded lot and is not affiliated with a campground, offering a peaceful and secluded getaway. The property includes parking for up to two vehicles, and there is space to pitch one tent for an additional fee (please check with the host for availability and pricing).
Perfect for a romantic weekend escape, The Camper comfortably accommodates a couple or a small family with one additional guest or two young children. It’s the ideal place to unplug and enjoy nature.
Bring your kayak or canoe and explore the beautiful surroundings. For an even more memorable experience, a pontoon boat may be rented through Sebago Lake Boat Rentals (subject to availability and rental fees). The boat is conveniently accessible from the property’s dock.
Please note: Guests should plan to bring their own linens and towels unless the optional linen package is purchased.
A linen package for the full-size bed only (not the pull-out sofa) is available for $100 per stay and includes:
* Linens for the full-size bed
* 4 bath towels
* 2 hand towels
* 4 washcloths
* bathmat
If you would like the linen package, please select this option when making your reservation.
Linens for the pull-out sofa are not provided, and guests should also bring their own beach towels.
Guest access
Guests have access to the campsite, and can use the dock down on the river front that sits down below the campsite. Follow O’Connor Rd down to the hill to the left. You can keep your kayaks there but we are not responsible for personal items, etc. Larger boats- slip is available for an extra fee. Boat rentals are also available. Reach out to the host for more information.

Other things to note
* Key: Unlock the lockbox to access the camper key. Please return the key to the lockbox upon departure. Lost key fee: $100.
* Stove: Use the long lighter to ignite the burners. Be sure all burner knobs are turned off immediately after use. The oven is not operational.
* Hot Water: Turn on the switch (located on the wall above the TV), allow about 20 minutes for the water to heat. Please turn it off when not in use.
*Draining black water tank: To check how full the tanks is you can press the monitor switch on the stove hood. Once. It is 3/4 full, you can drain the black tank into the septic.
Instructions:
Find the levers- go to the back of the camper and follow the hose.
Underneath there is a a lever on the left and right. The one on the left is gray water and that is already open.
The one on the right is the black.
Slowly pull it until you hear the release of the contents. Let it go for a bit until it slows down. Then push the lever all the way back in so it's tight. After, go in and flush the toilet a few times. And you should be all set.
* Linens: Bring your own linens, towels (bathmat, washcloths, hand towels), or add our linen package for $100 per stay. It includes linens for the full-size bed only (not the pull-out couch), one bath mat, plus 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 4 washcloths. Please bring your own beach towels.
* Supplies: Please bring or purchase your own firewood, charcoal, and drinking water. The camper’s water is pumped from the river and is not recommended for drinking.
*Entertainment: Feel free to bring your favorite DVDs, VHS tapes, or vinyl records. A small selection is provided. Wi-Fi is not available.
* Campfires: Please keep campfires small and monitor weather conditions, especially wind advisories. Before retiring for the night, ensure the fire and all hot coals are completely extinguished.
