Sparkling clean

The Tea House was once a house barge on our docks. In 2009, we floated it to land, took off the barge and cranked it up to a high ground spot next to the dike with a few jacks and come alongs. It is now a private cozy cabin but with the same feel as a house boat: small convenient spaces and a wide deck fore and aft. There is a small beach just behind the tea house, perfect for launching canoes and kayaks for a day paddle to the mouth of the river, or a mile walk to the Skagit Wildlife area.
