Enjoy a stylish experience at this central located, sought after area in Modesto! Minutes away from everything & walking distance to many stores. You will have your own private entrance, kitchenette (NO STOVE/OVEN), bathroom & bedroom, all to yourself! Please note that this unit is attached to my families main house. We have two dogs and my neighbors too, so noise level is not always quiet. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. I want your stay to be as comfortable and easy as possible. *

1 bedroom with private entrance, kitchenette & bathroom. This unit is attached to my main house and we share a wall. Because of this, I do not allow pets, as it will highly agitate my two dogs.

Full access to your own private bedroom, bathroom & kitchenette. Please no loitering past the pool pump. No pool privileges at this time. This is not ideal for children. Enter through right side gate, first door on your left is your entrance to the 280 sq ft studio.
