Welcome to our spacious mountain and lake retreat, where a welcoming lake theme invites you to embrace the surrounding natural beauty. Ideal for two families, this home boasts a thoughtful layout. The main level features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a family room with a 75" TV, Bar Counter, Kitchen, Dining Room, and an expansive wrap-around deck with a gas BBQ and ample seating.

On the lower level awaits an additional full bath, den and a game room with a 65" TV, Ping Pong Table, and Foosball and a sofa bed. Step outside to the covered patio with a gas fire pit, seating, and a hot tub nestled in a serene forest setting.

Book early as our returning guests book 9-18 months in advance for the summer months. Great year around and lower prices in Winter.

Rental Agreement and Security Deposit Required.

IMPORTANT: We are firm on the max number of guests

IMPORTANT ON DOGS: We will allow up to two very well behaved dogs but we do change $95 per dog. These dogs must be well trained, not puppies and are never let on the furniture or beds. They must also never be left alone in the house unless in a create. Owner must clean up after them. Sorry, no cats. Bringing a pet that is not approved by us and paid for will result in a $500 fee.

*IMPORTANT: Distance to water from house varies from 400 feet (when full) to several hundred yards (when low) depending on lake level. Access to the lake, marina, and boat ramps will vary depending on lake level. Contact us for latest status. Although most of our guests still have a great time at any water level, we want to make sure you understand the dynamics of this reservoir. The lake may or may not fill up any given year but we will keep guests posted as we always do and offer a full refund up to 60 days before arrival. Although rare, if the lake drops below 140' down, this starts to impact the availability of the local boat ramp and marina requiring travel to another part of the lake. Forest Fires are also common in Northern California which may blow smoke in the area during the Summer/fall. Sensitive parties should avoid visiting Northern California during this period of time. Check our web site for current conditions and warnings.
