Great BNB, everything was as advertised, nice and clean and quiet. Great hosts, friendly and extra accommodating. They went as far as wanting to get up at 4 am to greet me, given my delayed flights. Great location too - close to airport and right across the park. I recommend this place to any traveler.
Thank you for the kind words. Winter air travel can be so stressful, and the last thing anyone needs to stress about is whether they have a place to stay once they arrive at their destination! It was a pleasure to be your host and I look forward to your stay next time you are here for business.
I loved staying with Sarah and Curtis. What really made this stay memorable was the small touches such as soaps, hand cream, muffins, fruit and the best ever....loads of books!!!! Highly recommend.
Sarah and Curt's suite was a cozy and welcoming oasis during my stay in Regina on what was, I'm sure, the coldest weekend of the winter. I didn't understand what -50 degrees celsius meant, but Sarah, with her great humour and cheerfulness, directed me to accessible transit (instead of walking) and showed me how to keep the lovely gas fireplace going in the suite to keep me warm and comfortable. I was not at my best (post-surgery) but I found the peace and quiet of Sarah and Curt's very therapeutic during my stay for afternoon naps and great rest at night. Their house is very beautifully appointed, with a terrific library, shower and lounging space, and close to the airport ($10 and $14 cab rides) and downtown and the University. A terrific stay. Thanks, you two!
I stayed with Sarah and Curt during my first couple of days in Regina. It was a wonderful introduction to the city. Sarah and Curt were great hosts -- there were thoughtful details throughtout the suite (e.g., scented bath products, fresh fruit, David's tea, and yummy muffins), and they were both very friendly and helpful. Sarah helped me to orient myself, showed me how to use Regina transit, and loaned me an iron so that I would be presentable on my first day at work. I thoroughly enjoyed my couple of days, and got losts of rest -- exactly what I needed.
I only wish that I had booked for longer!
I don't think you can find better value for such a nice place to stay in Regina. A friend who owns a dress store downtown told me Sarah & Curt's was her "favourite house in the city". Plus, the hosts are extremely accommodating.
My stay at Sarah and Curt's was great. Coordination was a cinch. I was greeted in the driveway and warmly shown the suite, which is fantastic (highlight: leftover Hallowe'en candy!). I was even helped out with requested wake-up calls on both mornings. Sarah and Curt will be at the top of my list next time I find myself in Regina.
Awesome stay, well worth staying here if you are in Regina. Short cab ride to downtown, short trip to airport, but situated in a quiet neighbourhood for a nice rest. Hosts are lovely and accommodating.
Very nice private studio in a great location in Regina. Tastefully decorated, comfy bed, and lots of great little extras (coffee, teas, fruit, muffins, etc). They've obviously put a lot of thought into making this into the inviting space they have. Sarah is lovely - friendly, thoughtful and responsive. Definitely recommend this place. Hope to return some time.
Karen and Reg, it was a pleasure to meet both of you. So glad you found the suite welcoming and comfortable. The "little extras" are the details which would surprise and delight me when I travel. It would be a pleasure to host Yu the next time you visit family in Regina. Also, I think the puppies would like to play with Reg!
What a great place! Very clean and the location is excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable. It looks just like the pictures. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Sarah & Curt!
