Enjoy tranquility in this serene neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown with easy freeway access. Lots of shopping & eats are within a few minutes' drive. This 2 story back house is on a 1/2 acre, with a saltwater pool, kids swing set & fire pit. FREE WIFI, fully furnished kitchen, full bath, laundry rm, living rm with 60" smart tv, a single extra large 600ft² upstairs bedroom with a 55" smart tv. Bedroom has 2 queen beds w/ memory foam tops. Living rm has a pull out queen bed. No parties.

The space
The airbnb is accessed through the driveway side gate. There are three very friendly golden retrievers that use the backyard. They are kept inside and or in a fenced off area when we have guests. Some guests request to socialize with our goldens, you are more than welcome to if requested. We are not hosting parties. Thank you, and feel free to ask any questions.

Guest access
While staying at our backhouse, feel free to use the backyard grassy area, play set area, basketball court, toys left outside, and pool. Children MUST be supervised if using the pool. Pool is fenced. Please DO NOT leave young children unattended in the backyard.

Other things to note
Non Smoking, please NO smoking inside. Smoking outside only, there is a sitting area just outside. Out of respect for our neighbors, No parties at this time; that includes pool parties. Total MAXIMUM guests/visitors per stay is 6. Total number of guests/visitors intended for pool use MUST be accounted for on the reservation. Exceptions need to be discussed before hand. Thank you for your understanding.
